► How It Works

1. Send multiple pictures of your pet, with the style of portrait you want from our samples or your own idea (costume, background, etc) to portraits@petvillecentral.com

2. We will reply and acknowledge receipt of your request and send the you cost with a payment link to confirm order.

3. Follow instructions on our reply to confirm the ask and place your order with payment

4. A preview will be sent for approval. (Can be revised as per your suggestion)

5. When you approve the artwork, your order will emailed to you or printed and shipped depending on your purchase.

► Digital Files

• Digital files are only sent by message and email. If you purchase a digital file, no physical item will be printed and shipped to you.

► Print Specification (optional upgrade)

• Canvas – Artist grade canvas with solid color wrap made from the finest poly cotton blend and hardwood frame. Each canvas arrives ready to hang effortlessly in a clear poly bag and well protected box.

• Satin print – High-quality 260gsm Satin finish paper print with great pigmentation and vibrancy. All prints are shipped in a sturdy tube.

• All the products are printed and shipped from our local warehouse in your region.

► Return & Cancellation

If you don’t like the preview of the artwork and would like a refund, you will get 100% of your money back and a free cancellation of your order.

If you give your approval to the preview, you will no longer be eligible for money back. Each order is a custom product and cannot be returned.

If you received a damaged product or have any issue with shipping, contact me and I will get it sorted out as soon as possible.
